Matt Mcconnell

Matt McConnell possesses a diverse professional background with a strong emphasis on human resources, sales, and management. Experience spans from roles in food service management at Shoebox to various human resources positions at National Composites and Tecomet, Inc., where responsibilities included recruiting, cultural assessment, and policy implementation. Additional experience includes outside sales representation at Tom James Company, business development management at ResourceMFG, account management and recruitment at Aerotek, and onsite staffing management at Manpower. Matt McConnell also has a background in coaching, having served as an assistant football coach at Alma College. Educational qualifications include an honors diploma from Trinity High School and a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology from Hanover College.
