Richard Greatbatch

Richard Greatbatch has a strong background in engineering and management with a focus on technical and product development. Richard is currently the Head of Engineering at Tecomet, Inc since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as the Commercial and Technical Manager at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions from March 2022 to January 2024. From December 2019 to March 2022, they were the Application Engineering Manager in Technology and Product Development at Forged Solutions Group. Richard also had extensive experience at Arconic, where they served as the Application Engineering Manager in Technology and New Product from September 2015 to December 2019. Richard started their career at Firth Rixson in 2001, where they held various roles including Site Design Manager and Design Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for design, process and tooling design, product realization, and quality improvement for critical rotating closed die forgings used in the aerospace industry.

Richard Greatbatch attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Industrial Design with a focus on Industrial and Product Design.
