William Santen

William Santen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. William most recently worked at Tecomet, Inc as the Tecomet Business System Regional Director. Prior to that, they worked at Simpler Consulting, an IBM Company for ten years as an Executive Consultant specializing in LEAN transformation. Before that, they were employed by Kroger as a Process Change Manager, where they implemented Lean/Six Sigma techniques to improve in-store operations and achieved significant productivity improvements. William also worked at Pella Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where they implemented process improvements and reduced inventories and labor costs. William began their career at Hillenbrand Industries as a Continuous Improvement Internal Consultant, where they developed LEAN applications across multiple manufacturing sites and facilitated Kaizen events.

William Santen's education history includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
