Esteban Saul

Esteban Saul is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Jefe de Recursos Humanos at Tecotex since May 2021, Esteban also holds the position of Gerente at Genesis RH, a human resources consultancy established to address business needs in Northwest Argentina. With a strong academic foundation in psychology and human resources, including an MBA and specialization in HR direction from Universidad Nacional de Tucumán, Esteban has contributed to several organizations, such as Castillo SACIFIA and San Miguel Global, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations, recruitment, training, and performance management. Additionally, Esteban has an active role in academia as Jefe de Trabajos Prácticos at Universidad del Norte Santo Tomas de Aquino, coordinating practical work sessions in labor psychology, and has held significant positions in various other firms, consistently demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition and organizational development.
