Measuring, recording, and collecting data is the norm in maritime operations.
Turning data into usable knowledge is not.

Across fleets, teams are flooded with data but lack the time and context to turn it into insight. Information stays fragmented, analysis is often retrospective, and issues are addressed only after incidents, off-hire, budget overruns, or compliance lapses. Deadlines arrive before clarity, decisions are delayed, year-end decarbonization becomes a rush, audits turn into emergencies, and the cost shows up as crew errors, commercial off-hire, missed optimization, avoidable risk, and budget overshoot.

TECS was built to change this.

Founded by seasoned technical superintendents and marine engineers, and shaped by real vessel operational experience, TECS aims to enable technical operations optimisation, reliable audit and inspection compliance ashore and onboard, and effective energy management and decarbonization.

More than software, we are your seasoned technical assistant and operational partner.

Emissions and technical data are captured onboard through MARS and converted ashore via FORE-C into clear, validated insights. Management gains fleet-level visibility, superintendents receive actionable guidance, and every report is audit-ready—making decarbonization predictable and stress-free.

TECS manages the full decarbonization lifecycle, covering IMO DCS, EU MRV, CII improvement, EU ETS and EUA management, FuelEU readiness, and SEEMP II updates.

Beyond decarbonization, we optimise technical operations by reducing off-hire risk, improving fuel and energy performance, supporting maintenance and dry-docking, and ensuring audit and inspection readiness ashore and onboard (SIRE, TMSA, RightShip, DBMS).

Since 2019, clients have reduced operational and dry-docking costs, lowered EUA and FuelEU penalties, improved CII performance, and completed audits on time.

TECS helps teams make confident decisions and improve operational efficiency.
