Ronen Reichfeld has worked in the IT industry since 2000. From 2000 to 2005, they held the role of TL & programmer at AMDOCS. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at Vodafone as a System & Business analyst and software engineer. From 2011 to 2014, they were the LTE Project leader at Vodafone, Germany. From 2014 to 2019, they were the Director & Project manager at Balam Seguridad Privada, where they managed business and technical relationships, conducted projects integrations, handled sales and marketing areas, delivered projects, solved business and technical situations, developed strategic business plans, improved operational processes, and analyzed business requirements for customers. From 2019 to 2022, they were the CTO & Senior Product Owner at TecSec, a cyber security and insights startup. Most recently, they are the Director of Business Development Insights Division and Head of Insights Product at PANGEA IT, where they are working with AI based technology.

Ronen Reichfeld holds a BSc in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Haifa.
