Cesar Sam

Cesar Sam is a seasoned project and construction manager with extensive experience in developing and building projects both in the US and overseas. With a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida and executive education from Harvard Business School, Cesar possesses strong expertise in construction project management, operations, and real estate across various sectors including commercial and education. They have held key roles at several companies, managing all phases of construction and ensuring project alignment with owner requirements and financial goals. Currently, Cesar serves as the Gerente de Administracion e Infraestructura at both TECSUP and UTEC.
