Senior Director, Customer Success at Tecsys

Christopher Penney has had extensive work experience in various customer success roles. Christopher started at Canadian Tire as an Analyst in Promotional Planning & Performance and later took on the role of Analyst in Asset Management. Christopher then worked as Manager of Business Operations at Suzi Roher Accessories, a luxury goods manufacturer. Following that, they joined Frank & Oak as an Omnichannel Consultant during their MBA internship. Christopher then moved on to LCBO as a Senior Process Consultant in Supply Chain Strategy & Continuous Improvement. After that, they served as the Operations Director at Autzu. Christopher then worked at Tulip Retail, where they held multiple positions, including Customer Success Manager/Project Director, Director of Customer Success, and Director of Customer Success & Initiatives. Christopher also worked at Catalyst Software as a Customer Success Coach. Currently, they are working at Tecsys Inc. as the Senior Director of Customer Success.

Christopher Penney completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & History from McGill University in 2009. In 2019, Christopher also participated in a Professional Development - Executive Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, where they focused on Artificial Intelligence - An Executive Primer.
