Rachel Mitchell

Rachel Mitchell has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Rachel is currently employed at Tecsys Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner/Regional HR Lead for the US. Before that, they worked at Roostify as a People Operations Partner from November 2021 to January 2023. From 2013 to 2021, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Trinisys. Prior to that, they worked at Video Gaming Technologies as a Senior HR Generalist from 2007 to 2012, and at Regions Bank as an HR Generalist from 2000 to 2007.

Rachel Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in November 2018, the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in November 2016, and the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork in November 2010.
