Mike Del Balso

Mike Del Balso is a seasoned professional in the field of machine learning and product management, known for their significant contributions during their tenure at Google as a Product Manager from 2012 to 2015, where they managed complex machine learning models for search ads. Following this, they served as a Senior Product Manager at Uber from 2015 to 2018, where they played a pivotal role in developing the company's AI strategy and foundational tools for machine learning. Mike co-founded Tecton in 2019, an enterprise feature store for machine learning, and currently holds the position of Director of Product Management at Databricks, continuing their work in advancing AI solutions. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto.
