Ali Saeed

Ali Saeed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, operations, and business development. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources and Operations at Tectonic since October 2011, Ali oversees a technical workforce of over 150 employees across multiple offices, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance with labor laws. As the Founder of the Pakistan Game Fish Association, Ali has successfully enhanced recreational angling in Pakistan. Previously, Ali owned BizGearz, an international trading consultancy, and held managerial positions at International Credit Information Ltd and Aquatech Infrastructures. Ali's early career included roles at EfroTech and Efroze Chemical Industries, where significant contributions were made in IT development and operations. Ali holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business/Management from Karachi University, complemented by a Diploma in Computer Science from NCR Education.
