Tom Groom

Tom Groom is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in client delivery, product development, and business processes. Currently serving as SVP Client Delivery at Tectonic since 2015, Tom focuses on applying Big Data, Analytics, CRM, and Marketing Automation for organizations utilizing Salesforce and other platforms. Prior to this role, Tom held significant positions including CTO and SVP of Business Processes at Property Info - Stewart Title, where responsibilities included the development of key applications, and VP of Product Development at Fidelity National Information Solutions, successfully turning around a loss-making business line. Additional roles encompass National IT Director at HomeServices of America, where strategic acquisitions were executed, and IT & Marketing Director at Long Realty Company, which became a top broker in southern Arizona. Tom's career began as a programmer for the Department of Defense, and educationally, Tom holds a BS in Decision Information Science from the University of Maryland.
