Jaron Drucker has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jaron'smost recent position was as the Founder/Operations Director at Tectonic, where they focused on creating impactful event experiences. Prior to that, they served as the Artist Relations Director at Envision Music Festival, managing accommodation and contracts for artists. Jaron also worked as the Festival Director/Producer at Elements Music & Arts Festival, overseeing the management of various artists and coordinating their needs. Additionally, they served as the Gallery Director at The Jensdotter Project, where they taught art to youth and encouraged their creativity. Jaron gained design experience as a Design Assistant at Boulder Valley School District, collaborating with students on ideas for the Arapahoe Park Civic Center. Jaron was also a Design Consultant at Temple Grandin School, working on renovation plans for spaces designed for autistic children. Jaron's early experience includes working as a Design Intern at Geier Brown Renform Architects, where they contributed to a pro-bono project and created a film to inform the community of future improvements.

Jaron Drucker earned a Master of Architecture degree in Environmental Design/Architecture from the University of Colorado Boulder, attending from 2010 to 2015.
