Lee Jackson

Lee Jackson is currently a Network Operations Analyst at Tectrade, a CSI Group Company, since June 2024, responsible for monitoring IBM i OS and providing end-user support through a ticketing system. Prior experience includes working as a Cabin Service Agent at G2 Secure Staff from November 2023 to May 2024, and as an IT Audit Intern at Armanino LLP in summer 2023, where valuable contributions were made to enhance IT systems and controls. Lee also served as a Curbside Specialist at H-E-B from September 2019 to August 2023. Lee Jackson is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at The University of Texas at San Antonio, expected to graduate in December 2024.
