Anna Rich

Anna Rich is a seasoned Program Management leader who has spent over a decade implementing and scaling Agile/Scrum and creating high performing Agile PMO teams. Her experience runs the gamut from early stage start-ups to large enterprises and includes companies in the Search, Ad Tech, and Ed Tech spaces. As VP, PMO at IAS, Anna partnered with TecVeris to lead a SAFe transformation for a 200+ person R&D team that resulted in improving predictable delivery by 30%. IAS was acquired by Vista Equity Partners shortly thereafter and has since gone public.

Anna brings a human-focused lens to Agile transformations and Program Management. She is a Certified SAFe Program Consultant and a Certified Integral Coach. She lives in Oakland, California with her husband and daughter and loves practicing yoga and getting outdoors.
