tecwork specialises in IT and Telecoms and provides these as a fully Managed Business Service for Small to Medium-sized organisations, on a single monthly bill with a single point of contact.
If you require WOW FACTOR support and services for your IT and Telecoms and you are a business/organisation owner/manager, based in Kent, Sussex or London, you really have found a great company in tecwork!
If you are experiencing poor service levels, you are not alone.
Most IT and Telecoms companies tend to ‘take the money’ and hopefully, respond to problems in a reasonable timeframe.
Some don’t. In fact, some suppliers do not contact their customers until it’s time to renew or upgrade!
Sound familiar?
But even those that do, are not very proactive.
We are definitely proactive….always staying in touch with customers, providing regular reviews and suggesting new ways to help them manage and improve their technology.
We use a Service Management and ticketing system for all customer requests for support.
This means nothing gets forgotten and generally all tickets are dealt with promptly - normally within 10-60 minutes – our Service Level Agreement is 4 working hours.
tecwork is a trading name of Firstcom Limited (established since 1998 and until 2017, worked closely with First Office Systems Limited).
We partner with Global Market Leaders like Microsoft, 3CX and Gamma.
IT and Telecoms solutions are all bespoke for each customer as every customer is different.
We offer the full range of Telecoms Network Services including SIP trunks (ISDN replacement) , Internet connectivity etc.
IT Services cover a broad spectrum of areas you would normally expect a small to medium-sized operation to use – too many to list here!
We are Cyber Essentials Accredited and often help customers with their own Cyber Essentials accreditation, helping to protect their organisation, staff, customers and suppliers from Cyber Threats.
