Aaron Hebert

Aaron Hebert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Aaron started their career at Advanced Xerographics Imaging Systems as a Computer Operator, where they maintained and created in-house VB6 and VB. NET applications. Aaron then worked at PRC, LLC as a Software Developer, designing and maintaining various internal tools and client websites. At Avectra, they served as a Software Engineer, focusing on backend development for netForum Enterprise, a social CRM product. Aaron joined EVERFI in 2013 and held several positions, including Engineer, Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer, Principal Engineer, and finally, Director of Systems Engineering. In these roles, Aaron was responsible for backend development, technical leadership, and collaborating cross-functionally on software development projects. Currently, they are working as the Director of Backend Engineering at TED Conferences, leading and managing a team of software engineers and making technical decisions on various project areas.
