Mark Brand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in culinary arts, social entrepreneurship, and community advocacy. Currently serving as Chef and Council Member at Innovation @ Tufts and CEO of Mark Brand Inc. since 2006, Mark has also co-founded Persephone Brewing Company and directed A Better Life Foundation, focusing on supporting individuals struggling with addiction and mental illness through food security and education.
