Miles Kapper

Miles Kapper has extensive experience as a stage manager and director, with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Stage Manager at TED since 2011, Kapper has played a key role in the organization of events featuring impactful ideas at the Long Beach Performing Arts Center. With a personal venture since 1981, Kapper has staged over 2,000 corporate events, specializing in product launches and large meetings. Previous roles include staging Infiniti and Nissan dealer meetings at Maritz, as well as various positions in media and graphics direction for notable productions, including projects with the Moody Blues and Jackson Browne. Kapper holds a BA in English and mass communications from Grand Valley State University.
