Suzanne Lee is an accomplished entrepreneur and innovator in the field of sustainable fashion and materials. As the CEO and Founder of Biofabricate since August 2014, Suzanne Lee has been instrumental in advancing the use of bio-based materials. Additionally, Suzanne serves on the Board of Directors for BIOME Consortia and Around the World in 80 Fabrics. Suzanne Lee gained recognition as a TED Senior Fellow in 2012 and has held the position of Chief Creative Officer at Modern Meadow, Inc. from 2014 to 2019. A pioneer in microbially grown fabrics, Suzanne founded Biocouture Ltd and coined the term 'Biocouture™'. With a strong academic background, including a BA(Hons) in Fashion & Textile Design and a Master's in Digital Arts, Suzanne has contributed to notable projects and collaborated with leading fashion brands.
