Wouter van Noort

Wouter van Noort is a seasoned journalist and educator, currently serving as the Chief Opinion Desk at NRC Media since 2015, where expertise in ecology and complexity is showcased through various publications. As a guest lecturer at multiple esteemed universities, including Leiden University and TU Delft, Wouter imparts knowledge on sustainability and media. In addition to establishing Symbiotic Shift and contributing as a curator for Future Affairs, Wouter engages in public discourse as a commentator for major Dutch talk shows and moderates events for TED conferences. With a solid educational background in Political Science and Business Studies, Wouter has also founded the community initiative Transcend and participated in the World Economic Forum.
