Roberto Catallozzi

Roberto Catallozzi has a diverse work experience. Roberto started their career in 2009 as an RFID Consultant at Id Solution. In 2010, they worked as a Retail Consultant at Gruppo Temsi for six months, where they successfully re-engineered processes and activities in six Superstores. In 2011, they became a Lean Consultant at Temsi, where they worked on various projects involving process improvement and organizational development. In 2013, Catallozzi joined Gruppo Teddy as an Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing various roles such as organizational structuring, supply chain management, and global operations. Roberto ultimately climbed the ranks to become the Head of Global Operations in 2023.

Roberto Catallozzi completed their education with a laurea magistrale in ingegneria Gestionale (management engineering) from the Università degli Studi di Parma from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in ingegneria gestionale (business management) from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II from 2002 to 2006. Roberto also attended the Accademia Aeronautica Pozzuoli from 2000 to 2002, specializing in engineering as an Allievo ufficiale (officer trainee).
