Ladislav Zeman has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ladislav is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of TEDOM since 2023. Prior to this, they held several positions at Otis Elevator Co., including Head of LEAP Transformation for the EMEA region and Director of Sales, Marketing & Communications for MEECA. Ladislav has also served as the Regional Managing Director for Otis Ukraine and CIS, Managing Director for Otis Ukraine, Managing Director for OTIS Manufacturing Group Breclav, Managing Director for Otis Slovakia, CFO for OTIS Czech and Slovak, and Financial Controller for OTIS Czech & Slovak. Zeman started their career as a Senior Internal Auditor at United Technologies and subsequently worked as a Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Ladislav Zeman obtained an Executive Education degree in Leadership, Innovation & Change from HEC Paris in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued their studies in economy and business administration at Masaryk University Brno from 1996 to 2002.
