Deborah Pollard

Deborah Pollard is an experienced professional in people operations and procurement, currently serving as a People Operations Specialist at TEECOM since March 2022, with previous roles that include People Operations Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator. Prior to TEECOM, Deborah worked at Weston Foods from April 2018 to February 2022 as a Recruiter & Project Specialist and Indirect Procurement Analyst, where responsibilities included managing indirect projects, maintaining supplier relationships, and analyzing data for cost savings. Deborah's career began at ChemTreat, where roles included Procurement Chemical Buyer and International Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Additionally, Deborah contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at John Tyler Community College, teaching French language courses. Deborah holds a Master of Arts in French Language and Literature from Middlebury College and dual Bachelor's degrees in French Language and Literature and International/Global Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University, complemented by a study abroad experience at Université Côte d'Azur.
