Frances Sin

Frances Sin is an accomplished Senior BIM Specialist II and Production Lead at TEECOM, with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects within healthcare, tenant improvement, data centers, and education. Since joining TEECOM in June 2017, Frances has excelled in overseeing project workload and deadlines, serving as a BIM lead for various technology packages, and assisting in the development of company standards. Prior roles include BIM Specialist at TEECOM, where Frances contributed to MEP coordination, and Junior Designer at IA Interior Architects, focusing on tenant improvement projects and client presentations. Frances began a career in design as a Design Intern at AAI, honing skills in material management and rendering. Frances holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and Graphic Design from San José State University.
