Nickolas Tournis

Nickolas Tournis, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Principal and Project Executive at TEECOM since May 2021, Nickolas leads technology design and engineering for the UCSF Helen Diller Hospital while consulting with healthcare facilities on technology planning and integration. Previously, Nickolas was the Principal at Tournis Management Group, managing the IT transition for MarinHealth's new Hospital Replacement Building. Nickolas also held various positions at Johnson Controls, overseeing low voltage system projects, and has a background as a Management Consultant for 5Y Consulting, focusing on process optimization through Lean Six Sigma. Educational qualifications include a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from Indiana University Bloomington and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate from Purdue University.
