Robby Deem

Robby Deem is a seasoned acoustics and audiovisual consultant currently serving as Principal, Senior Consultant at TEECOM since January 2024. Previously, Robby held the position of Associate at Arup from February 2018 to January 2024, where leadership of the Chicago Acoustics, Audiovisual, Theatre, & Experience Design team and multi-disciplinary project management for major projects in the Americas were key responsibilities. Robby also contributed as a Senior Acoustic Consultant and Adjunct Faculty at Columbia College Chicago from January 2019 to December 2023, and served as Senior Associate at Cerami & Associates, Inc. from December 2014 to January 2018, as well as Acoustical Technician at Cotter Consulting, Inc. from May 2012 to November 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Architectural Engineering with a focus on Acoustics from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Acoustics from Columbia College Chicago.
