Wayne Sempiti

Wayne Sempiti, CPP, CSPM, currently serves as Principal and Senior Consultant at TEECOM, where responsibilities include strategic consulting, technology project management, and engineering services for physical security systems, while also mentoring team members. Prior roles include Associate Principal and Director of Engineering at Securitas Electronic Security, Inc., overseeing a team to manage enterprise-level projects and customer relationships, and Director of Engineering at Kratos Public Safety & Security Solutions, Inc., where management of a team supported project phases from design through implementation. Wayne began a career in engineering at Andover Controls and ETC-Electronics Technology Corp, focusing on systems design, installation, and maintenance. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
