Ginely L. is the Group People and Learning Manager at TEEG, bringing over 15 years of experience in the aviation, hospitality, integrated resort, and pharmaceutical industries. They have demonstrated strong performance in various roles at organizations such as SAFRA, Resort World Sentosa, and Zuellig Pharma, where they excelled in developing training strategies and enhancing organizational learning cultures. Ginely completed a Double Master's Degree in December 2021 and is currently pursuing further studies in Human Resources Management and Mass Communication. Passionate about quality learning, they adapted to delivering training through e-platforms during the Covid-19 pandemic.
