Jack Gordon possesses extensive maritime engineering experience, currently serving as a 1st Engineer for the AOR project at Teekay since June 2018, following a role as 2nd Engineer. Prior to this, Jack worked as Chief Engineer on the 3800 T Oil Tanker MV Vitality with United Maritime Australia from November 2017 to March 2018. Jack's career commenced in the Royal Australian Navy, where a tenure from August 2004 to November 2017 included the position of Petty Officer Marine Technician Workshop Manager and the attainment of an AMSA Marine Engineer Watchkeeping Certificate. Education includes an Advanced Diploma in Marine Engineering, earned from Hunter Maritime College between 2016 and 2020.
