Teel & Company is a corporate strategy and CPA firm that closes the gap between strategy and the execution that determines whether it produces results. The firm assumes direct day-to-day responsibility for finance, human resources, operations, and administration inside midmarket companies—operating not as an outside advisor, but as the team accountable for whether strategy converts.

The firm's work is not advisory. It is operational. We do not tell clients what should happen. We are accountable for whether it does.

The firm was designed from the ground up as an embedded model—built by an executive who spent nearly a decade running finance inside multinational enterprises, not advising from the outside. Every element of the model was deliberately engineered to produce something the traditional accounting firm cannot: a professional who operates inside the client organization with the continuity, institutional knowledge, and responsiveness of a full-time team member and the expertise of an outside specialist. Most firms deliver bodies or projects. Teel & Company professionals become part of the organization.

The model mechanics sustain that experience. The firm engages exclusively on minimum twelve-month terms that renew automatically, eliminating the re-selling dynamic that periodically resets the relational tone in traditional engagements. Fees are fixed for the term, allowing capacity to be directed at what the engagement requires rather than what the timesheet rewards. The firm operates a corporate-focused model exclusively—no individual tax returns, no one-off projects, no transactional commodity work. Every engagement the firm declines is capacity preserved for the clients it has committed to serve.

Since its founding in January 2017, Teel & Company and its professionals have served more than forty midmarket enterprises across finance, HR, operations, and administration in this capacity. Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. teelandco.com
