The best treatment programs start with amazing people.
At Teen Tree, we made a decision early on: the culture of our team is not a nice-to-have. It is the foundation of everything we do. We invest heavily in the growth, wellbeing, and development of every person who works here. Not because it looks good, but because we’ve seen what happens when it’s done right.
When a staff member feels supported, seen, and inspired, that energy doesn’t stay at the door. It walks into every therapy session, every meal, every conversation with a struggling teen. Our core values aren’t JUST posted on a wall; they are modeled, lived, and held to without exception. The families we serve deserve a team that shows up whole. That is our standard.
