Dwayne Miller has a diverse work experience in the technology and golf industry. Dwayne began their career in 2003, partnering with GolfENetwork to offer online tee time technology for golf courses in the North Carolina/South Carolina area. Dwayne then transitioned to Active Network, where they held various roles such as Sales Account Executive, Account Manager, Market Sales Manager, IT Customer Support Specialist, and SAAS Project Consultant. In these roles, they managed golf course client accounts, provided customer support, conducted market research, and closed sales deals. From 2014 to 2016, Dwayne worked at Stadium 1 Software, LLC as the Customer/IT Tech Support Manager, where they managed technical support for point-of-sale software in Minor League Baseball stadium concessions. More recently, they joined Teesnap in 2018 as a Client Success Representative and later took on the role of Implementations/Tech Support/Trainer. In this role, they provided training, implementation, and technical support for new technical systems, software, and processes related to golf course management.

Dwayne Miller began their education at Durham Technical Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree from 1990 to 1992. Following this, they enrolled at North Carolina State University from 1992 to 1994. At NCSU, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Computer Science.
