Paul Cooper

Paul Cooper is currently the Principal at TEF Design, where they lead complex civic, educational, workplace, and infrastructure projects. Having launched their architecture career at 16, Paul has over three decades of experience in impactful design, emphasizing clarity, collaboration, and excellence. Previously, Paul held various roles at notable firms, including Architect and Senior Project Manager at Field Paoli Architects and Architect at NBBJ. Paul earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon and is a past President of AIA San Francisco, known for championing design that enhances communities and the human experience.
