Andy Carr

Andy Carr is an experienced executive specializing in procurement and operations within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement at TEG Pty Ltd, Andy previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at JOLT, where leadership facilitated the global expansion of EV charging and out-of-home advertising operations across multiple regions. At Connected Kerb, Andy contributed significantly to the growth of the UK EV company, advising the CEO and driving the establishment of over 500 public charge points. Previous roles include Head of Delivery at Lendlease, where Andy oversaw programs totaling £150 million in assets, and various management positions at Jemena, focused on gas networks. A former Lieutenant Colonel in the Australian Army, Andy brings extensive leadership and project management experience, bolstered by a strong academic background in engineering, energy policy, and management.
