Derek Mack

Derek Mack currently serves as a Senior Help Desk Analyst at TEGNA, a position held since February 2019, and has extensive experience in technical support roles, including a previous role as a Helpdesk Analyst at TEGNA and as a Deskside Support Technician at the US Environmental Protection Agency. Derek has also developed skills in customer service and sales through various positions, including Sales Team Lead and Sales Associate at Finish Line, and Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics. In addition to professional experience, Derek has officiated basketball for the Virginia High School League since December 2004, demonstrating a commitment to sports and recreation. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Recreation Management, along with a minor in Business, from James Madison University.
