Jeff Whitson is an accomplished media executive with extensive experience in sales and management within the broadcasting industry. Currently serving as the Director of Inventory, Pricing & Sports Strategy at TEGNA since August 2016, Jeff Whitson focuses on enhancing pricing and inventory yield management while driving client success, particularly in key sports opportunities. Previous leadership roles include Director of Sales at First Coast News WTLV/WJXX with Sinclair Broadcast Group, Vice President at TelAmerica Media, and Vice President and General Manager at ABC 7 WWSB-TV and Clear Channel Television. Jeff Whitson holds a B.A. in Communications, Public Relations from SUNY Geneseo and a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Communications from the University at Albany.
