John Kiser

John Kiser has extensive experience in television programming and content management, currently serving as Programming Director for TEGNA Multicast Networks since June 2019. In this role, Kiser oversees content evaluation, licensing, budgeting, scheduling, and performance analysis for properties including True Crime Network, Twist, and Quest, achieving record revenues and impressions. Previously, Kiser worked as a Programming Manager for True Crime Network & Quest, where efforts included rebranding the Justice Network and improving affiliate communication systems. Prior experience includes roles at Cooper Media, where programming acquisition and public safety initiatives were key responsibilities, and contract video editing with CSE. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Furman University.
