Michelle Li

Michelle Li is a seasoned journalist and nonprofit leader with extensive experience in broadcasting and community engagement. Currently serving as Co-Founder of The Very Asian Foundation since January 2022, Michelle Li focuses on amplifying Asian experiences through strategic communication and partnership development across multiple states. As the NBC St. Louis Morning Anchor and Consumer Reporter since June 2016, Michelle Li excels in producing, reporting, and anchoring news segments. Previous roles include main evening anchor at WISC-TV, magazine columnist at Madison Magazine, and various positions at Google and Raycom Media, where Michelle Li was instrumental in innovative storytelling and community outreach. Michelle Li holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from The University of Kansas.
