Stephen Adams is an experienced talent acquisition partner and media professional currently serving at TEGNA since January 2016, where Stephen co-leads the Producer-in-Residence Program, training producers for television and digital roles. Additionally, Stephen has held multiple positions at 10 Tampa Bay, including Managing Editor of Digital, where achievements include managing a digital team, optimizing digital content strategies, and winning an Emmy Award for impactful journalism. With a strong background in multimedia journalism, Stephen has also served as an adjunct instructor at the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications since 2025 and has various internships with prominent media organizations. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Ithaca College.
