Steve Bailey is a seasoned marketing and media professional with over 24 years of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Regional Marketing Director at TEGNA since December 2024, Steve is responsible for driving audience growth across multiple TEGNA stations, including WUSA and WCNC. Previous positions include Marketing Director at WCNC Charlotte, Chief Operating Officer at KSA Entertainment, and Founder and Executive Media Consultant at Big Icon Media. Steve has also held significant roles in programming and marketing at major companies such as Weigel Broadcasting Co., Media General, and ACME Communications. A graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Steve specializes in enhancing business performance through strategic operations, profitability, and media content management.
