Ed Cox

Ed Cox has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Ed started their career in the United States Air Force as a Target Intelligence Journeyman, where they supervised and performed target intelligence activities. After leaving the Air Force, they worked as a Technical Support Representative at Harbinger before transitioning to the role of Software Release Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for designing and maintaining the build process for a desktop Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) translation software package.

Cox then joined iConnect, where they initially worked as a Software Developer before being promoted to the role of Manager, Implementation Services & Quality Assurance.
