Lev Rubinstein

Lev Rubinstein is an experienced professional in export and sales, currently serving as a Mentor for startups at Tehnopol and as a Visiting Lecturer at Visionest Institute. Previously, Lev held significant roles at Oddlygood as Head of European Sales and International Sales Manager, managing B2B sales of oat-based dairy-alternative products across new international markets. At Valio, Lev served as Export Manager, where significant achievements included launching the Profeel protein range in Poland, establishing market leadership in a competitive environment, and boosting sales across Eastern and Southern Europe. Earlier experience as Managing Director at VOEL involved steering a chain of retail stores in Estonia and Georgia, focusing on P&L and key account management. Lev Rubinstein holds a Master of Business Administration from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Estonian Business School.
