Tehran Index is an independent research platform producing source-linked research on Iran's technology economy for investors, corporates, consultancies, researchers and media.
We map companies, sectors, market signals and ecosystem relationships across one of the region's largest and least transparent technology markets. Every published claim links to its underlying evidence, or is explicitly labelled as unverified.
Our research includes company dossiers with period-stamped financials and registry-sourced ownership, a weekly briefing of verified market signals, sector maps, an evidence library, and time-series datasets on Iran's app market.
Coverage is published in English and built for international users who need reliable, traceable information on a market that publishes almost nothing readable in English.
Live platform counts, the routes we publish, and the integrity checks we run on ourselves are published openly at tehranindex.com/audit. We hold ourselves to the standard we apply to the companies we cover.
Tehran Index is independent. We are not affiliated with the Tehran Stock Exchange, any government body, or any listed company. We publish research only. We do not provide investment advice.
