Roberto Salamina has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Roberto worked as a Business Developer & Export Application Specialist at i2a from September 2015 to April 2017. From September 2017 to September 2018, they were a LifeTech Fusion Program Fellow at Fusion. In 2017, they co-founded TeiaCare & Ancelia: AI for Care Homes, where they held the positions of Co-Founder/Shareholder and Chief Marketing Officer until December 2020. In 2019, Roberto co-founded the Silver Economy Network, where they focused on supporting the development of the Silver Economy in Italy and promoting innovative solutions for active aging. Roberto also served as a Co-Founder for the network until November 2020. Roberto currently holds the position of Co-Founder and CEO at Nipote in affitto, a platform aimed at changing how we age and supporting active and healthy aging. Roberto started this role in June 2021. Additionally, they have been a Startup Mentor at Sprint Factory since May 2021.
Roberto Salamina has a strong educational background in the field of engineering and clinical technology. Roberto obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Following their undergraduate studies, Roberto pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. During their time at Politecnico di Milano, they also participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at ECE. Ecole d'ingénieurs. Engineering School in 2013, focusing on the intersections of Health and Technology.
