Sonja Visser

Sonja Visser has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, with a career spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting as a Human Resources Advisor at Foster Wheeler SA from January 2004 to September 2006, Sonja progressed to various senior positions, including Senior Human Resources Specialist at Fluor SA and Recruitment Manager at WorleyParsons RSA. In subsequent roles, Sonja served as a Recruitment Consultant at TRS Staffing Solutions and as a Site Resources/Human Resources Consultant at Trans-Africa Projects. Additional experience includes positions in Human Resources Management and Cost Administration at Binvic, and briefly as an Office Manager at ATEC Project Management and Consulting (Pty) Ltd. Currently, Sonja holds the position of Human Resources Manager - Civils, Mining & Plant at Teichmann, starting in February 2021.
