Tejon Ranch
Robert D. Velasquez is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Tejon Ranch Co. Mr. Velasquez joined the Company in 2014. Prior to joining Tejon Ranch, he was employed by Ernst & Young LLP, serving as an Executive Director. Mr. Velasquez has over 15 years of experience in the real estate, hospitality, and construction industries. In addition, he has extensive experience in designing internal controls over financial reporting in order to comply with section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Mr. Velasquez graduated with a bachelor of science degree in business with an option in accounting from the California State University, Los Angeles. Mr. Velasquez is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Tejon Ranch
At nearly 270,000 acres, the historic Tejon Ranch is the largest contiguous expanse of private land in California. Its 422 square miles make it about as large as the City of Los Angeles and about 40% the size of Rhode Island. The property is located along Interstate 5, approximately 60 miles north of Los Angeles and 30 miles south of Bakersfield.
