Known for her customer and people centric approach, Aileen has led the global customer service and support organizations within Microsoft and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and is a trusted strategic advisor for many global technology and professional services companies. As Corporate Vice President of Global Customer Service and Support at Microsoft, Aileen led a diverse and international team of over 25,000 service professionals to provide world-class technical support for millions of customers. At HPE she led worldwide technical support and was responsible for consolidating the customer support experience following several acquisitions. With a passion for people, Aileen is a strong advocate for investing in digital skilling and career progression programs and the significant impact they have on both the customer and employee experience.
