Derrick Serven

Derrick Serven is an experienced technical expert currently serving as the Microsoft SharePoint/OneDrive Acting Technical Lead at Tek Experts since July 2022, providing advanced support for various Microsoft products and solutions to medium and large companies. Prior to this role, Derrick held the position of Microsoft Teams Premier Support Engineer at both Tek Experts and TEKsystems, specializing in networking, virtualization, and app development. Derrick's earlier experience includes roles as a Social Media Manager for Home Sales LLC, a Helicopter Crew Chief/Mechanic in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne), an Information Management Officer in the US Army, and an IT Solutions Expert with Best Buy. Derrick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Georgia Southern University and is currently engaged in further education through ACI Learning.
