Helping MSPs Power Hybrid Workforces with Scalable Device Logistics

At TEK Express, we work exclusively through channel partners — helping MSPs, resellers and IT providers support their customers with fully managed, white-labelled device logistics.

Whether you’re onboarding new starters, handling in-life device faults, or managing national device refreshes, we act as your trusted behind-the-scenes logistics and technical partner.

Our flagship Swap It service provides next-business-day, like-for-like mobile device replacements for employees whose devices cannot be fixed remotely — ensuring minimal disruption and maximum productivity for hybrid and remote workers.

Once swapped, the faulty device is returned to our UK-based technical and logistics hub, where it is tested, repaired, reconfigured, securely wiped, and added back into your stock pool — managed through our full inventory system. This enables customers to maximise device lifecycles (often exceeding five years) and reduce unnecessary hardware spend.

We also manage:

Pre-configured provisioning for new starters

Secure recovery and data-wiping from leavers

Complex multi-site upgrade logistics and support

Ongoing device lifecycle optimisation and reporting

With over 20 years of experience, TEK Express is trusted by leading MSPs to quietly power thousands of users across the UK — helping partners reduce end-user downtime, free up internal resources, and unlock new recurring revenue streams.
